How to order

Order
We are unable to take online orders via this website, however, we are happy to post out to you.  You can do this by using our Contact Us page, emailing us direct at pagodainteriors@gmail.com or telephone the shop during our opening hours on 01803 867840.

To enable us to provide you with a delivery cost, please inform us of the product and your postcode so that we can obtain the best price possible with Parcel Force/Royal Mail.  

Pay
Once you are happy with the delivery price and would like to proceed with the purchase, please telephone the shop during opening hours to make payment using a debit/credit card.  Your personal details are not stored.

Return & Refund*
We have selected our products with care and hope that you will be very happy with your purchases. If after receiving your items you wish to return a product, please Contact Us in the first instance within 14 days.

If the product is faulty or we have sent the wrong item, please return the item and we will replace it or offer a refund, including all postage costs.

If you have ordered in error or changed your mind, we cannot refund return postage costs. You are advised to obtain proof of posting when returning items.
Items must be returned in a saleable condition within 30 days for a refund.  If items are deemed unsaleable then all or a portion of the value can be retained by us.

Products must be returned to us properly packaged, if possible using the original wrapping.

We will try to assist you in every way with your return.

Conformity of Goods
All our products are handmade by craftspeople. Owing to the nature of the materials some small flaws may be present in the finish, and there may be variations in the size, colour and pattern, which we feel adds to the unique character of the items.

We have done our best to accurately represent the products on our website, but no responsibility can be held for colour variations caused by your browser software or computer system.
